1. Delivery & Shipping Methods
- Domestic Shipping: Ships within 2 days and is delivered in 3–4 business days.
- International Shipping: Ships within 2–3 days and is delivered in 10–15 business days.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Poshio in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping method is generally “Standard,” unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations & Undelivered Shipments
- If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, or if it is lost or undelivered to your chosen address, we will refund the full order amount including any shipping charges (if paid online).
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing tracking information. You can also log into your Poshio account and select "Order History" to view the status of your shipment and access the tracking link.
4. Fair Usage Policy
We aim to provide an optimal shopping experience for all our customers. Unfortunately, some accounts abuse our liberal returns policy by frequently returning or refusing shipments. To protect the rights of genuine customers, we reserve the right to apply a shipping charge of AED 40 on all orders for accounts that exhibit a high rate of returns or refused deliveries.
5. Return Shipping Charges
- If you return an order that has been delivered to you, applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Damaged or Partial Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or in a tampered condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request additional information, such as photos of the package and products, to investigate the issue thoroughly.
You may not be eligible for a refund if:
- You fail to provide sufficient information about the damage or partial delivery.
- You dispose of the original packaging before contacting us.
- You have already used the item(s) for which a claim is being raised.

- Risk of Loss: Once the product is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for any loss or damage shifts to the customer. We are not liable for carrier delays or issues.
